Meet Hanna
Hey! I’m Hanna!
I teach Yoga and movement classes. My teaching style has been cultivated from over 700 hours of Yoga Teacher trainings, Zumba Instructor credentials, as well as lifetime of artistic movement, gymnastics, dance, and yoga.
My personal practice fluctuates with my body/mind’s needs! From restorative, super slow flows, to power packed, handstand junky practices, and everything in-between. I teach movement for everyBODY. Expect to leave class with a strong and stretched mind/body. A calm, confidence! Oh and… expect to have fun! ;)
